Digital Advertising Sales Assistant – 35 Hours Per Week

The Digital Sales Assistant serves as point position for coordination of digital advertising efforts, customer database maintenance, scheduling and creative coordination of digital ad campaigns and online directory profiles.

Contributes to the sales success and efficient performance of the advertising sales department by providing excellent customer service and back up for the sales staff and sales assistants. Serves as point position for management of digital ad campaigns. Schedules advertising on digital platforms, orders related creative content, and bills for advertising and digital services.

Using Google Ad Manager schedules advertising campaigns on Columbian.com. Provides analytic reporting for individual advertisers; monthly analytics for Columbian.com and Camas-Washougal Post Record. Responsible for monthly billing of advertisers utilizing Sprout digital services. ­Contributes to the department customer service effort by assisting Advertising Managers wherever needed. Responsible for using interpersonal skills to determine what the customer’s needs are, then fulfilling those needs whenever possible. This may include, but is not limited to, billing information, analytics, advertising deadlines, rates, policies, procedures, rules, regulations, scheduling ads, canceling ads, taking proof corrections, social media administration, etc.
